Sad news Allan Holdsworth, die’s aged 70

Allan Holdsworth, the groundbreaking British guitarist, has died unexpectedly, aged 70. The news was broken by his daughter’s Louise on her Facebook page earlier this evening.

I have been having lessons for around 6 months and the improvement I've seen is really incredible. I was self taught for 10 years but got stuck in a rut. Lee has helped to add techniques to my playing that I didn't know existed, he's also managed to get rid of some of the bad habits I'd picked up as well. He makes lessons fun as they are based on things and music styles you want to learn. I'd give more stars if it were possible.

I am certainly not remotely gifted at playing the electric guitar but Lee has the patience  and enthusiasm to move me forward at my own pace  progressively.
